The Second Artist debuting at Stranger Skies, Stoke

Our second featured artist exhibiting will be Caroline Scullion alongside our local artist and curator Sarah Marshall.

Caroline has lived in Stoke-on-Trent for over 20 years, originating from Ballymena, County Antrim Ireland. A former web design student at Staffordshire University, Caroline runs a business alongside producing her artwork and performs as a vocalist in her band.

Caroline loves to experiment with texture in her work. Often using fantasy to escape into surrealism creating expansive and thought-provoking work through her composition, that captivates and transports the viewer into a realm of Carolines making. The autonomous work creates space, thought and emotion and is both therapeutic to view and for Caroline to create, siting that random thoughts are often incorporated in her work Caroline feels a deep release from the practice of art.

This is her first exhibition, and we are simply thrilled to showcase art from such a vibrant emerging artist.
